Transmit tank load mode delivery 

1. Principle

The material is added to the delivery tank by gravity through the bell valve, double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve, and the displaced air is released through the exhaust valve, which makes feeding easier. Once the tank is filled with material (80% of the tank volume), the feed valve and the exhaust valve are closed and sealed immediately. The inlet valve is then opened and compressed air is added to the delivery tank for displacing the material. At this point, the booster line along the pipeline to carry on the internal pressure transmission. When the sending tank is completely empty (indicated by a level meter), the compressed air supply is immediately closed and the material is stopped in the pipeline. At this time, the feed valve is opened to feed in the tank, and the gas in the tank is released through a special valve (the valve is opened during the feeding process). Because the conveying pipeline has the material in memory, the speed is very slow, it is not suitable for conveying the material which is abrasive and easily broken, unlike the transportation speed of the above three clock type.
   As the pipeline is always fully loaded, there is no time loss in the evacuation and filling of the pipeline, and the gas consumption is less, which is suitable for long-distance transportation of a single variety of materials.

2. Applicable material

This method is usually used for long distance pipelines, distances and very fine, granular, abrasive, non abrasive, brittle and difficult to convey materials. Such as carbon black, emery, plastic particles and quartz sand, etc..

3. Component   

The conveying method can be divided into batch feeding or continuous feeding conveying system, which is composed of a single or multiple sending tank, a conveying pipeline, a pipeline booster and an electric control part.

4.Characteristic   

The system is characterized by low gas flow and high transmission line pressure throughout its delivery process.

This system distinguishes the above three kinds of transportation way the biggest characteristic is: in this pipeline, from the beginning of the transmission has been to keep the storage state, in the transportation pipeline at the beginning and end, the pipeline always keep full load.
